Swiss Bureau has meticulously designed and built the new 10,000 Sqft office for Egon Zehnder, weaving a narrative of heritage and modernity inspired by the Ghaf Tree – a symbol of resilience and unity in the Middle Eastern culture. This design narrative seamlessly blends employee well-being with ergonomic excellence, reflecting the firm’s commitment to trusted relationships and professional development. 

At the heart of the design are two trees at the entrances, symbolizing resilience and sustainability, setting the tone for the entire space. These elements influenced the spatial arrangement and aesthetic decisions, incorporating Middle Eastern cultural motifs like the Mashrabiya, thereby enriching the space with a local identity that complements their corporate ethos. 

Ergonomic and employee-centric considerations were paramount in the design process, ensuring that every workstation is bathed in natural light. The carefully selected workstations and chairs are aimed to promote health and productivity. The office layout harmonizes these elements with functional spaces, including the VIP Lounge and pantry, facilitating a balance of formal and informal settings. 

In creating this environment, Swiss Bureau and Egon Zehnder emphasized on a human-centric approach, crafting an office that transcends a mere workplace to become a reflection of the company’s dedication to leadership, excellence, and employee well-being, all while honoring the rich cultural heritage of the UAE.
