Al Barakah Dates Factory
Al Barakah Dates, a leading name in the date industry, was looking to create a new office space with an industrial design concept characterized by the softness of the date shapes and scents reflecting a fresh, bright and calm space.
The aim was to develop a welcoming and open environment that reflects the essence of their brand. Inspired by the natural elements, particularly palm trees and the desert, the design incorporates colors and tones that evoke a sense of tranquility and connection to the natural landscape linked to the nature of Al Barakah. By blending industrial aesthetics with a light, natural palette, the office design fosters a bright and inviting atmosphere.
Our concept includes infusing the space with a vibrant atmosphere. The design inspiration comes from natural elements such as the desert palm trees which evoke a feeling of intimacy and a sense of escape. The design inspiration is emphasized in different textiles and wall art to incorporate natural textures
and materials reminiscent of the tree’s bark and fronds. We also integrated organic shapes and flow into the design. Since the office building is located within the factory premises, the industrial touch was essential to blend functions and making sure that the office is harmonized with its surrounding.

AtkinsRéalis relocated its headquarters to a new office in Dubai t. We had the honor of designing and building the 44,000 Sqft office, strategically located in Downtown Dubai at Emaar Square. The design focuses on creating a work environment that fosters wellbeing, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. Key features include solo spaces for focused work, meeting rooms, breakout areas, an immersion room for creative development, and a "Le Café" lounge. Biophilic design elements are incorporated to enhance employee engagement and connection.

Petrochem commissioned a 15,000 Sqft office fit-out across five floors in Jafza, Dubai, with a focus on creating a modern, efficient, and energy-conscious work environment. The design reflects the company’s commitment to institutional-grade service, incorporating flexible layouts, adaptable furniture, and spaces designed to enhance employee wellbeing. The concept embodies Petrochem's core value of "Forming Chemical Connections," where science and human interaction converge to create a dynamic workplace experience.
Remat Al-Riyadh
Remat Al-Riyadh sophisticated office design for their 110,000 Sqft headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, spans seven levels and a ground floor. The ground floor, as the main entry point, and the executive-level seventh floor, were designed with a focus on luxury and refinement. Initially leaning towards a raw design, the client was persuaded to embrace a concept that better reflected their company’s sophistication. The design incorporates elements of elegance, calligraphy, and the city’s oasis-like setting, blending tones that honor the city’s legacy while looking toward a promising future.
