ATTIKO Restaurant, W Hotel – Mina Seyahi

Envisioned by the Masters of Dubai nightlife, Sunset Hospitality Group, ATTIKO is an exciting new addition to the group’s growing lifestyle portfolio. Housing imaginative cuisine featuring handcrafted cocktails and a curated selection of modern and Pan-Asian dishes, its interiors combine subtle Asian influences and contemporary elements to create a unique magical journey within the 600 Sqm space.

The concept takes inspiration from its name, ATTIKO – derived from the word “attic”. As the last floor of a building, it was often referred to as the closest point to heaven in Ancient Eastern culture. A symbol of ascension – it was a space reserved for the most important people.

Drawing upon this narrative, Swiss Bureau retells this story in a refreshed light, transforming this ancient place for the elite into a modern interpretation of an exclusive upscale venue elevating upwards into the sky for all the enjoy. The story unravels further in the layout, whereas each point of contact is symbolic of walking through one of these iconic buildings.

The design brings warmth of stone and nature inside and out, coupled with a sensual color palette of dark greens, woods, and earthy textures that continues onto the terrace. Pre-existing columns in the outdoor bar area are integrated with living biophilic art replicating natural stone and moss to create a seamless transition from the restaurant interiors to the exterior.
