This workspace reflects the brand’s luxury identity, combining aesthetic elegance with functional design. Swiss Bureau designed ALEC's office, blending Art Deco Industrial and Warm Industrial styles to create a sophisticated, functional, and aesthetic workspace. The design strikes a perfect balance between style, productivity, and employee well-being, fostering a comfortable environment that enhances performance. The 36th floor serves as the core inspiration, setting the tone for the entire office with bold Art Deco elements and raw industrial touches that encourage focus, creativity, and collaboration. Thoughtful material selections maintain the integrity of the design while optimizing cost-effectiveness, resulting in an inviting atmosphere where creativity and functionality coexist.
