Richemont
Swiss Bureau had the honour to design and build the Richemont headquarters at ICD Brookfield in Dubai, crafting a commercial office space that embodies sophistication and true elegance. In addition to the Richemont offices, we also had the privilege of designing the office spaces for Richemont’s prestigious brands Cartier, Montblanc and Van Cleef & Arpels. The office design for Richemont embodies the brand’s luxurious identity to cultivate an inspiring, elegant and dynamic work environment for its employees. Additionally, we prioritized elements such as acoustics and lighting throughout the offices to enhance employee well-being and creating a balanced and comfortable workspace that fosters both productivity and satisfaction.

Swiss Bureau designed and built the Van Cleef & Arpels offices at ICD Brookfield in Dubai, spanning 26,000 Sqft. This workspace reflects the brand’s luxury identity, combining aesthetic elegance with functional design. The layout fosters an inspiring and comfortable atmosphere, emphasizing collaboration and creativity. Thoughtful details like lighting, acoustics, and collaborative spaces were integrated to enhance both productivity and well-being for the Van Cleef & Arpels team. Swiss Bureau designed and built the Cartier headquarters at ICD Brookfield in Dubai, crafting a 26,000 Sqft commercial space that embodies elegance and sophistication. The design seamlessly blends metallic accents with soft tones, creating a refined yet contemporary environment. Reflecting Cartier’s luxurious brand identity, the space harmonizes style with functionality, fostering an inspiring and dynamic atmosphere for the headquarters.
ALEC HQ
Swiss Bureau designed ALEC's office, blending Art Deco Industrial and Warm Industrial styles to create a sophisticated, functional, and aesthetic workspace. The design strikes a perfect balance between style, productivity, and employee well-being, fostering a comfortable environment that enhances performance. The 36th floor serves as the core inspiration, setting the tone for the entire office with bold Art Deco elements and raw industrial touches that encourage focus, creativity, and collaboration. Thoughtful material selections maintain the integrity of the design while optimizing cost-effectiveness, resulting in an inviting atmosphere where creativity and functionality coexist.
