Wild and The Moon, DIFC

Based on the simple belief that food should be good for you, good for the planet, and delicious, this no-fuss organic French cafe recently opened its doors in DIFC. Adorned with fresh greenery and added natural elements, Wild and The Moon’s space is perfectly designed for the young, health conscious, working creative minds of Dubai.

Much like their “#EatWise” philosophy and promise of no refined sugar, additives or chemicals, gmos, soy, dairy, or gluten, the client came to us with a design in mind prepared in a “pure and unprocessed way”. They explained that when preparing their food, they believe that the ingredients’ innate nutritive power should be untouched and intact and their restaurant design was to be no different. The proposed design reflected the simplicity and ease of this health conscious lifestyle while matching the aesthetics of their already existing locations both in Dubai and France.

Although seemingly an uncomplicated project, this wholesome cafe concept required practicality and attention to detail during the fit out process. Thoughtfully designed details such as individual power outlets are copiously available nearly at every seat and table, and an abundance of green features are suspended along the open ceiling with lighting intricately draped around the plants.
